baby bowling

If your little ones are anything like our son Evan, they love baby puff snacks. Evan’s craving of the fruity little puffs has left us with a hefty supply of plastic containers, and the Crunchy Momma in me loves to reuse as many of his baby products as possible for craft projects and toys.

“Baby Bowling” is a fun indoor craft to help keep your kids entertained while the weather is a bit too chilly for outdoor play.

One of my favorite things about this craft is we didn’t have to purchase any additional supplies to complete the project! I don’t know about you, but when it comes to crafts the fewer the steps the better!

You will need:

  • 1 black marker
  • 1 red marker
  • 10 empty puffs containers
  • Your favorite ball, big or small

First you’ll need to remove the wrapping from the empty puffs containers.

Take your red marker and color in 3 lines around the neck of the puffs container to transform them into bowling pins.

red line edit

Then, with your black marker write numbers 1-10 on the front of each puffs container, as well as on the lid of the puffs container (this is a great opportunity to help your kids practice their numbers).

123 edit

You’re almost done! Line up your baby bowling pins in a triangular design.

Grab your favorite ball and let the game begin!

I hope you enjoy your baby bowling craft as much as we do!

Thanks ladies! The only challenge we’ve had is Evan recognizing the containers and then asking for “more” assuming its full of treats :-)
